Job Summary

Shankesh Jewellers Limited is looking for a New Client Acquisition – B2B Jewellery Sales professional to expand the customer base by identifying new markets, developing prospective jeweller relationships, generating business opportunities and converting qualified prospects into new and repeat customers.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or New Business Acquisition. Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry will be strongly preferred.

Qualification

B.Com. / equivalent bachelor’s degree

Skills

· Strong B2B sales and new-business acquisition skills

· Excellent communication, networking and negotiation abilities

· Robust customer relationship and follow-up skills

· Good market mapping and prospecting capabilities

· Commercial understanding of pricing, margins and customer potential

· Confident presentation and closing skills

· Working knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and sales reporting





· Willingness to travel extensively for market development

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new B2B jewellery customers through market research, networking, referrals, exhibitions and field visits.

· Build and manage a qualified prospect pipeline based on customer needs, business potential and sourcing patterns.

· Conduct customer meetings, understand requirements and present suitable jewellery collections and solutions.

· Convert prospects into first and repeat orders through effective follow-up, negotiation and relationship management.

· Coordinate with CRM Executive and Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline, conversions, market opportunities and competitor insights.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
