Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and compassionate Neuro Technician to join our Neurodiagnostic Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced neurodiagnostic equipment to record and analyze central and peripheral nervous system activity to assist in accurate patient diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Equipment Preparation: Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized diagnostic equipment including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction machinery to ensure baseline accuracy.
- Patient Care & Monitoring: Prepare patients for procedures by clearly explaining the process, applying electrodes accurately, and monitoring comfort and safety during testing.
- Technical Management: Capture high-quality data readouts, isolate artifacts or electronic interference,



and note significant clinical events during real-time brainwave tracking.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to hospital infection control policies, sterilization workflows, and neurological electrical safety guidelines.
- Documentation & Team Collaboration: Maintain meticulous data logs, prepare preliminary technical reports, and collaborate smoothly with attending Neurologists and medical staff.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Neurodiagnostic Technology, Neurophysiology, or a related clinical science field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience operating EEG/EMG systems in a hospital setting (Freshers with strong internship records are welcome to apply).
- Certifications: Relevant state paramedical board registration or professional neuro-technician certification is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong anatomical knowledge of the nervous system, patient empathy, analytical troubleshooting, and proficiency with digital neuro-medical software.

Pharmacist (Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Care)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and compassionate Pharmacist to join our Pharmaceutical Care team. In this role,



you will be responsible for operating and managing the exact compounding, dispensing, and inventory control of medications while providing vital drug safety counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Equipment Preparation: Ensure the sterile maintenance of pharmacy compounding tools, digital prescription fulfillment systems, and temperature-controlled storage units.
- Patient Care & Monitoring: Review drug profiles for allergies or adverse interactions, accurately dispense medications, and counsel patients on proper dosage instructions.
- Technical Management: Utilize pharmacy management software to process hospital orders, track narcotics protocols, and audit automated dispensing workflows.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to legal pharmaceutical mandates, hospital formulary guidelines, and expired-stock disposal standards.
- Documentation & Team Collaboration: Maintain flawless documentation of stock logs, cross-reference physician prescriptions, and act as a reliable drug resource for nursing and clinical teams.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience working as a hospital or retail pharmacist (Experience in a tertiary care setup is a strong plus).
- Certifications: Registered Pharmacist license with the West Bengal Pharmacy Council (mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of pharmacology, deep attention to detail, solid communication skills for patient education, and agility in retail/IPD pharmacy systems.
