Role Description The Network Students Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based at NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur. The individual in this role will focus on building and managing a strong network of school and college contacts, educational consultants, and community organizations to drive student inquiries and admissions. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach visits and presentations, organizing and participating in education fairs and campus events, and maintaining regular communication with prospective students and their families.

The role also involves tracking leads, updating admissions databases, coordinating with academic and marketing teams on promotional campaigns,



and providing timely guidance to applicants throughout the admission process. The professional in this position is expected to represent the institution with integrity, maintain accurate reporting of acquisition activities, and contribute ideas to improve student outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills to develop and maintain external connections.
- Candidates should possess planning, coordination, and organizational skills to manage outreach events, visits, and admissions activities.
- Candidates should possess basic data management, reporting, and MS Office skills for tracking leads and preparing activity reports.
- Relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, educational counseling, or marketing within the education sector is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; a background in management, marketing, education, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Durgapur, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regional languages in addition to English and comfort with public speaking and client-facing interactions is desirable.
