- Manage and enforce secure proxy, URL filtering, and web access policies using Forcepoint, Netskope, and Zscaler for internet and SaaS application access.

- Design, implement, and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions to enable secure remote access for users and applications.

- Configure and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions to protect internet-facing applications from threats.

- Monitor, analyze, and correlate firewall, proxy, and security logs to detect threats, vulnerabilities, and policy violations Support SaaS security integrations and implement cloud access security controls (CASB/SSE platforms).

- Perform firewall rule reviews, policy optimization, NAT configurations, SSL decryption/inspection, and security hardening activities.

- Work closely with SOC, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams during security incidents, audits, and change implementations.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and security implementation guides.
