On behalf of one of our Pharmaceutical clients at RED , we are seeking an ITIL/PRINCE2/PMP practitioner to own the end-to-end performance of core networking and security services. Explicitly not an incident manager, this strategic role drives technical direction, operational excellence, and vendor accountability.

Job Role - Network Service Manager/Senior Technical Service Owner – Enterprise Networking & Security

Location - Bangalore , India

Position - Hybrid , 2 days onsite

Job requirements -

Certifications: Proven background as a practitioner in ITIL, PRINCE2, and or PMP.

Deep Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on or architectural background managing enterprise-grade networking and security stacks (Cisco routing/switching, SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Cisco ISE, DDI).

Commercial & Operational Acumen:



Demonstrated experience managing vendor/MSP performance, contract delivery, SLA validation, and service optimization.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to shift away from reactive firefighting (incident management) to proactive service ownership, technical governance, and commercial growth.

Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between deep technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
