We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer (L1) to support and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center environments. The ideal candidate should have strong networking fundamentals, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a valid CCNA certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center networks.

- Act as the first point of contact for network incidents and service requests.

- Perform L1 troubleshooting and resolve network issues within SLA.

- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as required.

- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

- Monitor network alerts and maintain network availability.

- Perform VLAN assignments, change requests, and routine network administration tasks.

- Support network device upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.





- Maintain network documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

- Generate and review network performance and availability reports.

Required Skills

- CCNA Certification (Mandatory)

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching

- LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking

- VLAN Configuration and Troubleshooting

- Network Monitoring and Incident Management

- Cisco Networking Fundamentals

- ISP Coordination

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar monitoring tools

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Exposure to Data Center Operations

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
