- Strong L2/L3 experience in Routing, Switching, and Wireless
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper devices
- Knowledge of network isolation and application-level issue analysis
- Valuable communication, interpersonal and Team management skills
• Ability to work independently on L2/L3 issues
- Knowledge on Cisco SD WAN, Cisco ISE and Citrix NetScaler
Key Responsibilities*
- Handle L2/L3 routing and wireless operations
- Perform Cisco & Juniper switching configuration and troubleshooting
- Isolate and resolve network vs application issues
- Coordinate with teams and vendors for issue resolution
• Support L2/L3 incidents independently and provide guidance to team members
- Take accountability in delivering day to day operations
