Job Role: NPO Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in telecom network planning, capacity management, and performance engineering.

- Experience in capacity planning for Mobile Core platforms, including IMS, EPC, and/or 5G Core environments.

- Strong knowledge of traffic analysis, subscriber growth analysis, session management, and resource utilization monitoring.

- Experience developing capacity forecasts based on traffic patterns, subscriber growth, and service demand trends.

- Strong understanding of network and service KPIs, performance baselines, thresholds, and monitoring frameworks.

- Experience identifying capacity constraints, performance bottlenecks, and potential service impacts.

- Ability to perform performance trending, bottleneck analysis, and optimization assessments.

- Experience conducting capacity and performance assessments for new network deployments, upgrades, and migrations.





- Robust understanding of redundancy, resiliency, high availability, and capacity headroom planning.

- Experience preparing capacity planning reports, performance dashboards, and service assurance reports.

- Ability to correlate network performance, traffic, configuration, and service-level metrics for operational insights.

- Experience providing technical recommendations for capacity expansion, optimization, and performance improvement.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, system integrators, and technology vendors to resolve performance and capacity issues.

- Knowledge of automation, analytics, forecasting, and performance monitoring tools is desirable.
