Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Installation Team Lead to lead and supervise field installation teams for FTTH/FTTx network deployment and customer connectivity. The role involves managing technicians, ensuring quality installations, monitoring daily field activities, and coordinating with technical and operations teams for timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise network installation and field service technicians.
- Plan, allocate and monitor daily installation activities.
- Supervise fiber cable laying, splicing, termination and customer installations.
- Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of network connections.
- Monitor OLT, ONT/ONU and last-mile fiber connectivity.
- Troubleshoot installation and network-related issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, job allocation and daily closures.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with NOC, Service Operations and Technical Teams for issue resolution.
- Track pending installations and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Maintain daily installation reports, field records and service updates.
- Train and guide technicians on installation procedures and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and technical equipment.





Candidate Requirements

- 10- 12years of experience in FTTH/FTTx, ISP, telecom or network installation.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, termination and troubleshooting.
- Experience in supervising and managing field technicians.
- Positive knowledge of OLT, ONT/ONU and last-mile connectivity.
- Strong team-handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned service locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
