- Understanding and Hands-on experience On Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches, routers, and Cisco access points.

- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting WAN networks using routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
- Providing LAN/WAN support for customer remote sites.
- Good understanding of network protocols and services such as ICMP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, and NTP, SSH/Telnet, IKE.
- Valuable understanding knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network-related issues.
- BASIC Understanding & Working knowledge of Cisco ISE,WLC
- Good email writing and communication skills.
- Coordination with third-party vendors for network operations and issue resolution.
- Experience in handling technical bridge calls during network outages and major incidents.
