We are seeking a highly skilled MS Technical Specialist (L3 Network Engineer) with solid expertise in Arista Routing & Switching technologies and working knowledge of Aruba Routing & Switching platforms. The resource will be responsible for providing advanced Level-3 support, troubleshooting critical network incidents, performing complex changes, driving problem management activities, and ensuring high availability of enterprise campus and data centre networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level-3 operational support for Arista and Aruba network environments.
- Investigate and resolve critical incidents affecting enterprise network services.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for Routing, Switching, and Network Infrastructure issues.
- Lead technical bridge calls during Major Incidents and provide expert resolution guidance.
- Execute complex network changes, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), trend analysis, and recommend service improvements.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, project teams, and architecture teams.
- Review network designs and provide implementation recommendations.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical leadership within the operations team.
