Role Description This full-time, on-site Network Engineer L2/L3 role is based in Mumbai and involves managing, monitoring, and maintaining network infrastructure for client environments. The role includes configuring and supporting switches, routers, wireless devices, and related network equipment, as well as implementing and optimizing network designs for performance and reliability.

The Network

Engineer will perform troubleshooting of network incidents, coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities also include documenting configurations and changes,



participating in upgrades and migrations, and providing technical support and guidance to users and junior team members.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering, including configuration and management of switches, routers, and wireless devices.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting network issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Knowledge of Network Security practices, including firewalls, access control, VLANs, and basic security hardening.
- Ability to contribute to Network Design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for small to medium environments.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in network support or engineering, preferably in IT services or system integration.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, VPNs, and common networking protocols and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Positive documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with clients and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
