We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for network maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network-related issues.
- Handle network incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.
- Perform network configuration and basic troubleshooting of Cisco devices.
- Diagnose connectivity, routing, switching, and related network issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of network incidents and activities.
- Provide on-site technical support as required.
- Ensure network services are available and functioning efficiently.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Switching & Routing.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-facing / IT support experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
Option 1:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Computer Science / IT with minimum 1 year of experience in Network Maintenance/Support along with CCNA certification.
OR
Option 2:
Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science / IT with minimum 2 years of experience in Network Maintenance/Support along with CCNA certification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or above.
- Candidates with experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Support / IT Services are preferred.
