Looking for Branch Network engineer-L1 Level

Experience: 1.5 to 3 yrs

Location: Mahape(work from office and rotational shifts)

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch & Data Center Rollouts & Equipment Deployment

● Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end infrastructure rollouts for new branch setups, relocations, and data center deployments.

● Oversee the physical installation, mounting, and cabling of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and UPS units).

● Conduct site readiness audits, maintain up-to-date rack elevation diagrams, and ensure standardized configuration standards across all locations.

2. Telecom Link Procurement & Lifecycle Management

● Manage the complete lifecycle of primary and backup telecom links (MPLS, ILL, Broadband, 4G/5G, point-to-point) across all branches.

● Initiate feasibility studies, raise bandwidth requisitions, track link delivery timelines, and oversee end-to-end circuit commissioning.

● Monitor ISP SLAs (latency, packet loss, uptime), manage circuit renewals, perform periodic bandwidth utilization reviews, and handle link decommissioning.

3. Level 1 Network Support & Operations

● Serve as the first point of escalation for branch network outages, link failures, and equipment malfunctions.

● Monitor network performance using centralized NMS tools,



create incident tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting on routing, switching, and Wi-Fi issues.

● Coordinate with L2/L3 network engineers and ISP desk teams to achieve swift Mean Time to Restore (MTTR).

4. Vendor Management & Panel Onboarding

● Lead the onboarding process for network hardware suppliers, system integrators, and telecom service providers onto the corporate vendor panel.

● Evaluate vendor SLAs, draft Scope of Work (SOW) documents, and review contractual deliverables for network installation and hardware maintenance.

● Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews and resolve service delivery bottlenecks.

5. Financial & Billing Management

● Oversee the processing, verification, and timely approval of telecom link invoices, hardware purchase orders, and AMC/RMA bills.

● Track monthly operational expenditure (OpEx) against the IT network budget to eliminate billing errors, penalty overcharges, or service disconnections.

● Maintain an itemized ledger of active circuit IDs, billing cycles, and recurring contract costs across all branches.

6. Certifications:Basic network certification required (CCNA preferred or Network ).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
