Linux , any network monitoring product hands on knowledge

Domain: Networking , Assurance , OSS/BSS

- Telecom domain knowledge

- Expertise in Network Management System OSS /BSS

- Should have had hands-on experience in Service Assurance

- Product knowledge in any assurance tools like Splunk, Nagios, Spectrum, Dynatrace etc

- Should have analyzed the Ops data, processes, provide insights and suggest improvements based on KPIs

- Should have hands-on in creating Process diagrams, UML diagrams, E2E flow/architecture diagrams

- Should have hands-on in FCAPS, essentially Fault Management, Configuration and Security.

- Deep understanding of Networking principles, Monitoring Tools, and System architecture, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges





- Should have in-depth knowledge on different NMS capabilities. Should have hands-on in preparing the Requirements, Design and Solution documents

- Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS & BSS, Network Monitoring System, Incident/Change management, Network/Service inventory, Service Assurance journey, Fault Orchestration, Field Operations, Network Performance Management, Microservices based Architecture, Robotic Process Automation.

Ensures compliance to SLAs, policies, and standard operating procedures without fail and leverage tools (escalation points, knowledgebase tools, internal applications etc.) to help resolve customer issues.
