Job Summary

BDIL is seeking an experienced Hardware/Network Engineer who will be responsible for various tasks, including establishing, implementing, and maintaining network & security systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Should have good knowledge of LAN & WAN (wired & wireless) including Wi-Fi and other network devices.
2. Should have good knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, managing network servers, and ensuring all systems serviceability.
3. Windows server administration and domain management (AD, File Server, Data Backup management).
4. Good understanding of Windows Systems, Laptops & Desktops with end-user support experience.
5. Configuring and installing and monitoring of various Layer 2 & Layer 3 network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, DVR, NVR, Automation, Attendance Machines and controllers)
6. IT-Assets up-to-date Inventory Management, Asset In/Out records management.
7. Knowledge of cloud networking concepts

Regular network maintenance and upgrades.

Required Candidate Profile ● Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field advanced degrees preferred.

● Immediate joiners Preferred

● 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Network Security Engineer or a similar role in IT security.

● Deep understanding of network security technologies, protocols, and best practices.

Technical & Behavioral Skills Required

● Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network device configuration and management.

● Hands-on experience with Windows server administration and domain management.

● Working knowledge of Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking devices and cloud networking concepts.

● Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.

● Good communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage priorities under deadlines.
