Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise integration solutions connecting SAP SuccessFactors with internal and external business applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI), enabling streamlined HR processes, data consistency, and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- The candidate has solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations in designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
- 5+ years of SAP CPI development experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
- Experience with outbound payroll related interfaces.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors data models and HR business processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of other integration technologies like Oracle OIC is a plus.
Education :
- B.E./B.Tech or Masters preferably in Computer Science and typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
