Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with SQL Server for database design, queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data optimization.
- Contribute to UI development using React.js where required.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and performance improvement.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and testing and critically review AI-generated output before it reaches production.
- Work within standardized SDLC agreements (requirement clarifications, Definition of Ready) rather than ad-hoc specs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure secure coding practices, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product owners.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical upskilling.

Requirements:

- BE/B.Tech/MCA with 5+ years of software development experience using .Net
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework.
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding.
- Medium-level hands-on SQL Server: queries, joins, stored procedures, functions, indexes, query optimization.
- Basic to intermediate React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend integration.
- Version control with Git; Azure DevOps.




- Demonstrable, regular use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent) for real delivery work.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Good to have:

- Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud experience.
- Microservices and Azure Container Apps exposure.
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
- Unit testing practices.
- Understanding of AI/ML APIs, prompt engineering, or integrating AI features into applications.
