Key Responsibilities:

- Software Development & Maintenance Design| develop| enhance| and maintain web applications| APIs| and internal engineering tools.
- Develop backend services and automation solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
- Write clean| maintainable| testable| and performant code.
- Participate in code reviews| design reviews| testing| and deployment activities. Contribute to application stability| performance| scalability| and maintainability improvements.
- Platform Modernization & Technical Debt Reduction Execute framework| runtime| and library upgrades across existing applications.
- Identify and remediate technical debt and obsolete dependencies.
- Support infrastructure and platform modernization initiatives.
- Improve operational readiness| reliability| and supportability of engineering systems.
- Assist engineering teams with migration activities and platform improvements.
- DevOps & Release Engineering Build| maintain| and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling. Automate build| deployment| validation| and monitoring processes.
- Support release management and deployment activities across environments.
- Improve deployment reliability| observability| and rollback capabilities.
- Create scripts and automation to eliminate manual operational activities.




- Data Engineering| Reporting & Analytics Develop operational dashboards and engineering health reports.
- Create Power BI reports and visualizations for business and engineering stakeholders. Query| analyze| and visualize data from:o SQL Servero Kusto (Azure Data Explorer)o Operational datasets Build automated reporting and monitoring solutions.
- Develop service health| KPI| and operational excellence dashboards.
- Infrastructure & Setting Management Manage and maintain Virtual Machines| configurations| and supporting infrastructure.
- Support Azure-based services and resource configurations.
- Configure and maintain monitoring| alerting| logging| and diagnostics.
- Participate in environment setup| configuration management| and operational support. Assist with capacity planning| performance tuning| and reliability improvements.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting Investigate| troubleshoot| and resolve production issues across application| infrastructure| and data layers. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support incident response and operational readiness activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and supportability.




- Drive continuous improvement through automation and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer science| Software Engineering| Information Technology| or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:o C#o .NET / .NET Coreo SQL Servero REST APIso Git-based source control systems Solid understanding of:o Data structures
