Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Developer with a strong background in .NET development and AI-assisted development methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Spec-driven development (SDD) and will be proficient in a variety of technologies including SQL Server, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and NoSQL databases,

particularly Couchbase. This role requires a deep understanding of GitHub-based development workflows and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and other

relevant technologies.
- Implement AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity and code

quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them

into technical specifications.
- Utilize SQL Server and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data storage and

retrieval.
- Integrate messaging systems such as RabbitMQ to facilitate communication

between services.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in version control using

GitHub.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously

improve development processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proficient in .NET Core development.
- Strong experience in AI-assisted development and Spec-driven development (SDD).
- Expertise in SQL Server and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with RabbitMQ for message brokering.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, preferably Couchbase.
- Proficient in GitHub-based development workflows.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with C# and Python programming languages.
- Domain knowledge in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Existing knowledge of RXO domain.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of qualified experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a

team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
