Role Overview

- Position Title: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
- Target Demographics: Senior Secondary Students (Grades 11 & 12)
- Core Goal: Deliver an advanced, conceptual, and highly structured curriculum aligned with NCERT standards to prepare students for both academic board examinations and national-level competitive exams (like JEE, NEET, CUET, etc.).

Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Academic Delivery & Pedagogy

- Curriculum Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive classroom lectures based strictly on the NCERT/CBSE curriculum for Grade 11 and 12.
- Lesson Planning: Design highly structured lesson plans, modular teaching materials, and goal-oriented learning frameworks.
- Modern Tools: Integrate smart classroom technologies, ICT tools, and modern audio-visual learning aids to explain complex topics.

1. Student Evaluation & Mentorship

- Continuous Assessment: Formulate weekly/monthly test papers, assignments, and practical evaluations to track student performance.
- Doubt Clearing: Conduct specialized individual or group doubt-solving sessions for advanced and struggling learners alike.
- Lab Guidance:



Oversee practical experiments in specialized senior secondary laboratories (such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science) safely and effectively.

1. Administrative & Institutional Contribution

- Parent-Teacher Co-ordination: Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to communicate progress updates and constructive feedback regarding student welfare.
- Co-curricular Duties: Organize and manage subject-specific events, science exhibitions, cultural programs, or student counseling sessions.
- Curriculum Design: Collaborate periodically with RIE academic heads to contribute to institutional educational innovations or feedback on instructional material.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Essential Educational Qualification

Master's Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject. (OR a Two-Year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc./M.A. Course from a Regional College of Education of NCERT).

Qualified Degree

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching degree from a recognized university.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
