About the Role:
St. Wilfred’s PG College is looking for a dedicated and responsible NCC Coordinator to manage and coordinate NCC activities, student training, and institutional programs. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage NCC activities within the college.
- Organize NCC training, drills, camps, parades and other events.
- Maintain coordination with NCC officers, instructors and relevant authorities.
- Guide and motivate students to participate in NCC activities.
- Maintain records of NCC cadets, attendance, training and events.
- Plan and conduct awareness programs, social activities and community service initiatives.
- Ensure discipline and proper participation during NCC programs.
- Assist in organizing college-level events and activities related to NCC.
- Prepare reports and documentation of NCC activities.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in NCC coordination, training or educational administration preferred.
- NCC background or relevant military training will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage students and coordinate events effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
