We are looking for an experienced and passionate NDT Faculty to join our training team in the Kottayam–Alappuzha region. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom and practical training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and supporting students in developing the technical skills required for their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct theoretical and practical classes on NDT concepts and methods.
Train students in relevant NDT techniques, procedures, and equipment.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical sessions.
Demonstrate NDT testing procedures and ensure proper understanding of practical applications.
Assess students through tests, assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations.
Guide students in developing technical and practical skills.
Maintain training records and provide regular feedback on student performance.
Follow industry standards and safety procedures during practical training.
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Degree in a relevant field.
Certification: Valid NDT Certificate.
Experience: 1–5 years of teaching/training experience.
Strong technical knowledge of NDT methods and practices.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
Candidates with practical NDT industry experience will be an advantage.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.
