Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Naval Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ship design, naval architecture principles, stability analysis, classification requirements, and marine engineering standards. You will contribute to ship design and technical projects, working closely with internal teams, shipyards, surveyors, and classification societies.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review ship designs, stability assessments, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Class rules, IMO regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support structural design, corrosion control planning, and weight estimation.
- Coordinate with surveyors, shipyards, and classification societies.
- Review drawings, plans, calculations, and technical reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in research, technical studies,



feasibility assessments, and project development.
- Support ship design, construction, and related technical activities as required.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Naval Architecture.
- Degree in Naval Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of Class rules, IMO regulations, and ship design standards.
- Proficiency in ship design and engineering software such as AutoCAD, NAPA, Maxsurf, Rhino, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Freshers with Indian CDC can also apply.
