Designation: National Business Head (IoT SCADA)

Business Vertical: Centralized IoT SCADA

Location: New Delhi (Frequent Pan-India Travel)

Reporting To: Director Operations

Role Summary The National Business Head IoT SCADA will lead national strategy, business growth, and execution for centralized IoT SCADA platforms under PM-Surya Ghar, PM-KUSUM, and similar government schemes. The role involves direct coordination with MNRE, driving nationwide revenue growth, managing large-scale device integrations, and leading State Project Managers across India. This is a P&L; owning, policy-facing, execution-heavy leadership role.

National Strategy & Business Growth

- Develop long-term strategy for IoT SCADA platforms, RMS, and solar ecosystem digitization.
- Drive market expansion for rooftop solar and PM-KUSUM monitoring projects.
- Lead bid management for MNRE, DISCOMs, and State agencies.
- Build partnerships with consulting firms, OEMs, EPCs, and international agencies.
- Identify recent revenue opportunities through analytics and predictive monitoring services.

Direct MNRE Engagement & Policy Leadership
- Act as the primary interface with MNRE and government stakeholders.
- Participate in technical, compliance, and policy discussions.
- Support development of IoT standards, cybersecurity, and data governance frameworks.
- Represent the organization in national workshops and inter-ministerial meetings.

P&L; Ownership & Commercial Governance
- Own national revenue and profitability targets.
- Approve commercial strategies and pricing models for states.
- Monitor order pipeline, revenue realization, and margins.
- Lead large contract negotiations and commercial governance.





Execution Oversight National Programs
- Ensure successful deployment of centralized IoT SCADA platforms and state dashboards.
- Oversee large-scale device integration, communication compliance, and cybersecurity.
- Manage national-level project risks and execution timelines.
- Business Relation, Requirenment understanding and proper Execution

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor State Project Managers across India.
- Set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Guide teams on government engagement, tendering, and project execution.
- Ensure coordination between technical, operational, and commercial teams.

Technology & Platform Governance
- Ensure scalability for crore-level device integration and real-time data processing.
- Oversee integration with MNRE portals, state dashboards, SLDCs, and APIs.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and communication standards.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Instrumentation
- MBA preferred
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Solar, Government Infrastructure, IoT, or SCADA platforms
- Experience working with MNRE or State Energy Departments will be an added advantage.
