Fallguard Safety Equipment LLP is looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager – India to lead and build our domestic sales organisation for Fall Protection & Industrial Safety Products.

We are an Indian manufacturer and exporter of fall protection equipment, PPE, cargo safety and related industrial products, with integrated manufacturing capabilities and a growing presence in international markets.

As we expand our presence across India, we are looking for a sales leader who can build the national sales engine from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing Fallguard's India business through:

- Building a strong national distributor & dealer network
- Developing strategic/key industrial accounts
- Expanding sales across major regions of India
- Developing relationships with EPCs, infrastructure companies, construction companies, manufacturing industries, power, oil & gas, logistics and other industrial customers
- Building and managing Regional Sales Teams
- Developing regional sales strategies and targets
- Managing sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline
- Monitoring competitors, pricing and market opportunities
- Working closely with Production, Quality, Technical and Management teams
- Developing sales of both standard products and engineered/customised fall protection solutions

- Full Body Safety Harnesses
- Safety Lanyards
- Connectors & Anchorage Systems
- Retractable Fall Arresters
- Vertical & Horizontal Lifeline Systems
- Confined Space & Rescue Equipment
- Work Positioning Systems
- Fall Protection Systems
- Industrial Safety & Related Products

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- We are looking for a hands-on sales leader, preferably with 8–15 years of experience in:




- Fall Protection
- PPE / Industrial Safety
- Height Safety
- Lifting & Rigging
- Industrial Products / Industrial Distribution
- Construction / Infrastructure Safety

Experience in building dealer/distributor networks and B2B industrial sales will be highly valued. The ideal candidate should have:

✅ Proven experience in developing new markets

✅ Strong understanding of distributor/dealer economics

✅ Existing relationships within industrial safety/PPE markets

✅ Experience handling large industrial/key accounts

✅ Robust negotiation and commercial skills

✅ Ability to recruit, train and lead regional sales teams

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across India

✅ Strong understanding of sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build rather than simply manage an existing team

LOCATION

Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Kanpur will be the preferred base location, with extensive travel across India.

Candidates currently based in other major Indian cities may also be considered if they have strong relevant experience and are willing to maintain close coordination with our Kanpur manufacturing and management team.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

This is not just a sales-management position.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build:

National Sales Strategy → Distributor Network → Regional Teams → Key Accounts → National Market Presence

We expect the NSM to initially build the business personally and subsequently develop regional teams across North, South, West, East and Central India.

EXPERIENCE

8–15 years preferred

Relevant experience in industrial safety, PPE, fall protection, lifting equipment or industrial B2B products will be strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION

Competitive fixed compensation + performance-linked incentives, commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability to build business.
