Role & Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through calls and other channels.
- Understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives, and risk appetite.
- Recommend suitable mutual fund products and investment solutions based on client requirements.
- Explain SIPs, lump-sum investments, and various mutual fund categories to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive conversions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle investment-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and investment-related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in mutual fund sales, financial services, stock broking, or wealth management.




- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly business targets.
- Good understanding of mutual fund products, SIPs, lump-sum investments, and investment basics.
- Interest in financial markets, investment products, and wealth management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of building strong client relationships.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, Finance, or Commerce.
- NISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certification will be an added advantage, subject to the role's applicable requirements.
