1. Job Purpose

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content for the company’s branding, marketing, social media, projects, and promotional activities. The role requires creativity, positive visual sense, technical knowledge of design software, and the ability to convert company/project information into attractive digital content.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics, posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Edit photos and videos related to company projects, products, events, and marketing activities.
- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, project walkthroughs, and presentation videos.
- Capture and edit project/site photographs and videos when required.
- Prepare before-and-after project presentations and project showcase content.
- Work closely with the HR, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Project teams for content requirements.
- Maintain consistency in company branding, colours, fonts, logos, and overall visual standards.
- Create content for recruitment, company announcements, offers, events, and internal communication when required.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on project requirements.




- Ensure all designs and videos are completed within the required timeline.
- Organise and maintain company photographs, videos, design files, and other multimedia assets.
- Support the management and marketing team with urgent creative requirements.
- Follow company guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.

1. Required Skills

- Good knowledge of graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media design is an added advantage.
- Good video editing and photo editing skills.
- Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, composition, and branding.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media formats, and digital content.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

1. Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in multimedia design, graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation is preferred.




- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant technical skills may also be considered.

Candidates should be able to provide a portfolio containing relevant:
- Graphic designs
- Social media creatives
- Video edits
- Reels / short videos
- Branding work
- Photography / project presentations

1. Working Requirements

The employee may be required to visit project sites, offices, workshops, events, or other company locations for photography, videography, content collection, and other multimedia requirements. Working hours: As per company policy and business/project requirements.

1. Core Responsibility

The Multimedia Designer is expected to take ownership of the company’s visual and multimedia content requirements and ensure that all creative outputs represent the company in a professional, attractive, and consistent manner. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
