The Role

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can bring together graphic design, branding, short-form video, and motion content to create solid visual communication for brands and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across both static and video content from social media creatives and brand assets to Reels, Shorts, ad creatives, and motion graphics.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and growth team to create content that isn't just visually appealing, but also supports engagement, campaigns, and business objectives.

What You'll DoGraphic Design & Branding

- Create logos, brand assets, social media templates, presentations, and digital/print collateral.
- Develop visual systems that maintain consistency across different platforms and client accounts.
- Translate brand requirements and marketing concepts into clear visual designs.
- Create static and motion graphics for social media, advertising, and campaigns.

Video & Short-Form Content
- Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts , and other short-form content.
- Create engaging social-first videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, music, and visual storytelling.
- Develop video creatives for paid advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Add basic motion graphics and animation where required.
- Adapt existing content into multiple formats and variations.

Marketing & Creative
- Work closely with the growth/marketing team to develop performance-oriented ad creatives .
- Understand how creative impacts engagement, CTR, conversions,



and campaign performance.
- Create multiple creative variations for testing.
- Stay updated with current Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social-media content trends.
- Manage multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

AI-Assisted Creative Work
- Use AI tools for ideation, creative exploration, variations, and first drafts .
- Know when AI-generated output needs human refinement and creative judgment.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of practical experience in graphic design and video editing.
- A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design/branding and video/reel editing .
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, color, and brand consistency.
- Good understanding of short-form, social-first content .
- Ability to edit videos with appropriate pacing, captions, transitions, audio, and trends.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across multiple creatives.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and ability to work with marketing/growth teams.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools while maintaining human creative judgment.

Good to Have

- Experience working with e-commerce / D2C brands .
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Experience creating advertising creatives for Meta/Google campaigns.
- Experience working with multiple brands or agency clients.
- Understanding of how creative performance can affect digital marketing results.
- Experience with motion graphics and After Effects.
