Job Title: Multi Technician – Engineering

Job Summary

Seeking a Multi Technician – Engineering to support the day-to-day maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring all engineering services operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
- Monitor and maintain engineering tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out according to safety standards and hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, and engineering reports.




- Support the Engineering team during breakdowns, emergencies, and special maintenance activities.

Skills & Requirements
- Experience in hotel engineering, facility maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field is an advantage.
- Willingness to handle different types of maintenance tasks as required.
