About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Sports Facility Operations Manager who has hands-on experience managing multiple sports facilities, academies, clubs, or centres.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations while also taking ownership of facility utilisation, team performance, customer experience, revenue, memberships, coaching programs and business growth.

Candidates with experience in multi-sport facilities, sports academies, fitness clubs, Padel, Pickleball, Football, Badminton, Tennis or similar sports businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor operations across multiple sports facilities / centres.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, facility readiness and service quality across locations.
- Coordinate with Venue Managers, Coaches, Front Desk and Support Teams.
- Monitor facility utilisation, court/slot occupancy and capacity planning.
- Drive membership, coaching, pay-and-play and other revenue streams.
- Monitor enquiries, trials, admissions, conversions and renewals.
- Develop strategies to improve centre utilisation and revenue performance.
- Track centre-wise revenue, expenses, collections and operational performance.
- Identify underutilised slots and develop initiatives to improve occupancy.
- Build partnerships with schools, corporates, RWAs, communities and local organisations to generate business.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Set targets for centre teams and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular centre-level performance reviews and prepare management reports.
- Analyse operational and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support new centre launches,



expansion and process implementation.
- Ensure SOPs, operational standards and company policies are followed across all facilities.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sports facility, sports club, academy, fitness centre or similar operations.
- Solid preference for candidates who have handled multiple sports facilities / multiple locations simultaneously.
- Experience managing Venue Managers, Centre Managers, Coaches or frontline teams.
- Strong understanding of facility utilisation and capacity management.
- Experience in revenue generation, memberships, admissions, coaching or pay-and-play business.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse centre-level performance and take corrective actions.
- Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who has already managed or coordinated operations across multiple sports facilities/centres, rather than someone whose experience is limited to managing a single venue.

The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of multiple locations, teams, operational performance and commercial outcomes and work closely with management to scale the sports business.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
