Job Summary

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day technical maintenance activities at a corporate office facility. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, fire & life safety systems and other building services.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of facility technical systems.
- Monitor and maintain Electrical Panels, DBs, MCBs, and electrical equipment.
- Attend to basic electrical breakdowns, lighting, power points and electrical faults.
- Monitor and maintain UPS systems and coordinate with vendors for major issues.
- Perform basic inspection and maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
- Monitor Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detectors and other Fire & Life Safety equipment.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and identify technical issues, abnormalities and safety concerns.
- Attend to preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, equipment readings and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with external vendors/AMC technicians during equipment servicing and breakdowns.
- Ensure all technical equipment and systems are maintained in safe and working condition.




- Follow all HSE, fire safety and facility management procedures.
- Support emergency response and ensure timely escalation of critical technical issues.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/AC systems.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm System and Smoke Detectors.
- Basic knowledge of UPS and electrical panels.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / HVAC preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate office, commercial building, IT park, facility management or similar environments.
- Candidates with experience in Electrical + HVAC + Fire & Life Safety systems will be preferred.

- Willing to work in a corporate office environment at Taramani.
- Should be disciplined, safety-conscious and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the facility team.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
