Multi-Cuisine Chef / Head Chef – Ayodhya We are looking for an experienced and responsible Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our upcoming restaurant in Ayodhya.

Restaurant Details: Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh Restaurant Size: Approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

Cuisine: North Indian, Chinese & South Indian Restaurant Opening: Approximately 2 months Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience Job Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality North Indian, Chinese and South Indian dishes. Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of all dishes. Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen helpers/staff.

Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards. Control food wastage and maintain proper portion sizes. Help with menu planning, recipe standardization and food costing. Manage kitchen preparation and stock requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Handle rush hours efficiently and ensure timely food service. Assist with kitchen setup and menu trials before the restaurant opening.





Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant/hotel kitchen experience preferred. Solid knowledge of North Indian cuisine. Good practical knowledge of Chinese and South Indian cuisine. Ability to work independently and manage a small kitchen team. Good understanding of hygiene, portion control and food quality. Responsible, punctual and willing to work in a new restaurant setup. Candidates with multi-cuisine restaurant experience will be preferred.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview and practical cooking trial.
