To ensure smooth functioning, upkeep, and maintenance of all facility infrastructure across centers by executing preventive maintenance, resolving breakdowns efficiently, managing vendors, and maintaining compliance with safety and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute preventive maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, networking, and civil systems as per schedule.
· Conduct routine inspections of all facility areas to ensure optimal upkeep and functionality.
· Identify and address potential issues proactively to minimize breakdowns and disruptions.
· Respond to maintenance complaints within defined timelines and ensure quick resolution.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all infrastructure systems effectively.
· Ensure SLA adherence for complaint response and resolution, minimizing repeat issues.
· Coordinate with vendors and AMC providers for timely servicing and maintenance activities.
· Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality and timely completion of work.
· Track maintenance materials, consumables, and expenses while ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and audits.
