Role Overview

Looking for an experienced MuleSoft Platform Administrator to manage, operate, support, and maintain the MuleSoft platform across CloudHub and Runtime Fabric (RTF) deployed on OpenShift. The role focuses on platform availability, stability, security, monitoring, compliance, and L3 production support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and support MuleSoft platform across CloudHub and RTF environments.

- Administer and maintain MuleSoft platform infrastructure and runtime environments.
- Configure and maintain OpenShift clusters supporting MuleSoft RTF.




- Deploy and manage MuleSoft components using Helm charts.
- Support GitLab CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments and platform components.
- Perform version upgrades, patching, runtime recycling, capacity management, and platform health checks.
- Provide L3 operational support, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex MuleSoft platform issues.
- Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and resource utilization.
- Perform detailed RCA for platform and runtime issues.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificate renewals and related configurations.
- Support secrets management and platform security activities.
- Maintain security controls and access configurations.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, operational documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise API governance, security, and operational standards.
- Participate in production deployments, change management, incident management, and problem management.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
