- We are hiring an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM Functional Principal Consultant with 8+ years of relevant D365 CE CRM functional experience
- Only Immediate Joiners are eligible
- The role requires robust expertise across D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Project Service Automation, with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, functional leadership, client workshops, UAT, implementation and go-live
- The consultant will lead complex CRM initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, mentor functional teams and drive scalable D365 CE solutions
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps and D365 CE integrations is preferred.
- Location - Noida,Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Kolkata,Gurugram,Pune,Mumbai,Chennai.
