Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT MS Exchange Subject Matter Expert to join our Infra Support team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing and supporting MS Exchange infrastructure and demonstrate exceptional client handling abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our Exchange environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:
- Provide advanced technical support for MS Exchange infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Exchange servers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the Exchange workplace from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

- Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning of Exchange servers.

- Client Handling:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to the Exchange infrastructure.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.

- Operational Support:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the Exchange infrastructure by proactively monitoring system performance and addressing potential issues.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Exchange with other systems and applications.





- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the Exchange environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and supporting MS Exchange infrastructure.

- In-depth knowledge of MS Exchange Server (2010, 2013, 2016, and/or 2019) and Office 365.

- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and other related technologies.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a quick-paced environment.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client management.

- Experience with shift work and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Messaging are a plus.
