Delivery Manager / Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs from Discovery, Blueprinting, Design, Build, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project delivery, governance, planning, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage customer workshops, executive reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Drive project execution across functional, technical, QA, and business teams.
- Own project reporting, risk management, issue resolution, change requests, and delivery metrics.
- Champion adoption of Power Platform, Copilot, Automation, and Agentic AI solutions.

- Project Charter, Delivery Plan & Roadmap
- Solution Blueprint & Discovery Reports
- RAID Log, Project Schedule & Resource Plan
- Jira Backlog, Epics, Sprint Tracking & Release Plans




- Weekly Status Reports (WSR) & Executive Dashboards
- UAT, Go-Live Readiness & Cutover Plans
- Training, Adoption & Hypercare Plans

Required Skills

- 10+ years of IT delivery/project management experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Robust expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, reporting, and dashboards.
- Proven success delivering CRM programs through the complete project lifecycle.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
