Role Details

- Role: Senior D365 CRM Technical Consultant
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Work Mode: Remote
- Shift: Recent Zealand Shift (Starts from 2:00 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements
- Customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales and Customer Service
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows
- Configure Dataverse components (tables, forms, relationships, security roles)
- Build integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
- Work with D365 APIs, SDK, and custom connectors
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM applications

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
- Hands-on with C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with Dataverse & CRM customization
- Expertise in Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Knowledge of REST APIs / OData & integrations
- Experience working with D365 Web API / SDK

Good to Have

- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
- CI/CD & Azure DevOps
- CRM migration & data integration experience
- D365 Certifications
