? Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Developer

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Developer with strong expertise in D365 Sales CRM, Azure integration services, APIs, and Dataverse .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 Sales CRM and external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.
- Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs using JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid for real-time and batch integrations.
- Work with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and D365 data models .
- Develop SQL queries, data mappings, and transformation logic.




- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM teams, architects, and downstream system teams.
- Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD, deployments, and release management .
- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support .
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM .
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse and CRM APIs .
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure Integration Services .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Swagger/OpenAPI .
- Good knowledge of SQL and data transformation .
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD .
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
