- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Solid experience in Power Automate and CRM Plugins for workflow automation and customization.
- Work with CEM (Customer Engagement Management) module and integrate CRM with other enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of Azure services and cloud integration is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- 10 years of Banking Domain experience is mandatory.
