Description

Nokia Global Delivery operations comprise the NOC Operations (FCAPS) for the global telecom companies from all market segments. CSPs and Enterprise customers are served from the Nokia GDC. This Role will be responsible for end-to-end handling of network operations. Providing technical consultation and resolving queries/service tickets/incidents.

Responsibilities

- In Depth Hands on different Nokia core Platforms of IMS - CFX, TAS, MRF, SBC
- Experience in working jointly for IMS & SDM (PCSCF, ICSCF, SCSCF, TAS, HSS, MSS, SDL, PGW)
- Expertise in functional architecture of VoLTE, IMS, its functional units and surrounding nodes as per 3GPP.
- Proficient understanding of IMS call flow
- Solid grasp of IMS interfaces (Internal or with GSM/UMTS/PSTN)
- Expertise on Network Protocols and tracings to find the failure according to traces.
- Ability to work extensively on Wireshark tool
- Strong Knowledge in SS7 protocols, Specially SIP, MAP, CAMEL, SOAP and DIAMETER
- Good working experience on Linux, all commands expertise and scripting
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Python, Java) and/or Ansible, Dockers, Kubernetes (will be a plus)
- Good knowledge of VMware, RHOSP (certifications will be an advantage) and experience in Diameter, SIP, H.248, Megaco protocols.
- Database skills on any LDAP,



clear concepts and simple query execution, SQL
- IP proficiency and understanding of concepts and working on IP V6
- Manage Critical Faults and Outages in the network without any support.
- Complete Understanding of 5G & IoT Technologies
- Well versed with delivery requirements & Challenges in Telecom Operations and Maintenance
- Be able to provide product level support and can act as Escalation 24/7 support

Qualifications

Must-Have:

- Typically, a minimum experience on Platforms between 7-10 yrs require

- Require Educational Qualification B.E/B.Tech.

- In-depth understanding of OpenStack Architecture NFV, Mano & its components like (component like Nova, Cinder, Neutron, Horizon, Glance, Keystone)

- Live experience in deploying / managing the Cloud Infra using OpenStack.

- System Administration of Linux ubuntu/OpenStack environment

- Storage knowledge like HP, EMC and IBM LUN creation and allocation

- Service deployment using the Virtualization, Orchestration, Image

Nice-To-Have:

- Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Centos, Red hat Recent installation and trouble shoot.

- Storage knowledge like HP, EMC and IBM LUN creation and allocation

- Understanding of SDN and VLAN and overlay (VXLAN, MPLSGRE etc.)
