Job Title: Associate/Executive Centre of Operational Excellence (CoOE)

Experience: 0-1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Support process improvement initiatives using basic Lean Six Sigma principles and methods
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement

opportunities

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist in KPI data collection, tracking and performance reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and documentation of findings
- Support preparation of presentations for internal and external reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Arts & Science)




- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts (Green Belt is a plus)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Positive working knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations
- Basic understanding of dashboard creation and data visualization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
- Knowledge on quality metrics (SLA, KPI, RFT, etc.)Role & responsibilities
