The MRD Technician is responsible for maintaining and managing patient medical records in the hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and file patient medical records properly
- Maintain both manual and computer-based records
- Enter patient details in the hospital system
- Retrieve records when required by doctors or departments
- Keep all records confidential and secure
- Support in preparing reports and audits
- Ensure records are complete and accurate
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical records
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
- Diploma or certificate in Medical Records / related field (preferred)
