Job Summary

CAPAAR is looking for a skilled and experienced M.Phil.

Clinical

Psychologist to lead the Psychology team and provide comprehensive clinical services to children with Autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, intellectual disabilities, behavioural concerns, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Psychology team, ensuring quality clinical practice and effective service delivery.

- Conduct and interpret psychological, developmental, behavioural, and clinical assessments.

- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports, clinical summaries, and intervention plans.

- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, behavioural support, and parent counselling.

- Develop individualized clinical goals and monitor progress through appropriate documentation and outcome tracking.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning with Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Special Educators, and Behaviour Therapists.

- Guide team members on clinical planning, documentation, parent communication,



and case management.

- Conduct parent training, counselling, workshops, and career development activities as required.

- Maintain high standards of clinical ethics, confidentiality, documentation, and professional practice.

Preferred: Valid RCI Registration / CRR Number

Requirements

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.

- Valid RCI Registration / CRR Number.

- Relevant clinical experience in a paediatric, developmental, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary setting.

- Strong experience in psychological assessment, intervention, report writing, and parent counselling.

- Excellent leadership, communication, clinical reasoning, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, developmental and behavioural concerns will be preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
