To lead and manage all Materials Planning, Procurement Coordination, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain activities of the plant to ensure uninterrupted production, optimum inventory levels, high delivery performance, and achievement of cost, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.

- Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production.
- Lead material planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations.




- Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.
- Improve MRP accuracy and planning effectiveness.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure schedule adherence.
- Drive customer delivery performance and prevent line stoppages.
- Manage working capital through inventory optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Suppliers for smooth supply chain operations.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
- Develop and mentor the MP&L; team to achieve business objectives.
