Role Description The Moveworks AI Solution Architect at IFF is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for designing and implementing Moveworks AI-based solutions that support internal business functions. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures, integrating Moveworks with existing enterprise systems, and ensuring alignment with IFF’s technology standards.

The Solution

Architect partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to assess current processes, recommend improvements, and drive end-to-end solution delivery. Day-to-day activities include creating architectural diagrams, overseeing configuration and development efforts, coordinating integration and testing,



and supporting deployment and post-implementation optimization. The role also involves documenting best practices, mentoring technical teams, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency through AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to analyze requirements, map workflows, and advise stakeholders on optimal AI-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with experience in implementing, configuring, and extending enterprise platforms or AI-based solutions.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect Moveworks and related systems with APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications.
- Relevant skills such as experience with ITSM tools, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack), and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) are beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities, with a cooperative approach to cross-functional work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in AI-powered enterprise solutions, automation, or digital workplace technologies is an advantage.
