- Motor Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, rebuild, and repair AC/DC electric motors, windings, bearings, and rotating electrical hardware.

- System Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic equipment like multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers to find and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.

- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on motors, control panels, switchgear, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and wiring connections to prevent downtime.

- Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and technical blueprints to guide installation and repairs.

- Installation & Wiring: Set up new electrical equipment, run conduits, complete cable terminations, and connect control panels.

- Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures,



and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and equipment testing results.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical theory, motor controls, and automation hardware.

- Problem-Solving: Solid diagnostic abilities to pinpoint root causes rather than just resetting alarms.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in tight or elevated spaces

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
