We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas, product features, and marketing messages into engaging, visually compelling videos.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, motion design, animation, video editing, typography, pacing, and sound design. You should be equally comfortable creating polished marketing videos, product demos, feature videos, explainers, animated content, and short-form digital videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, design, edit, and produce high-quality marketing and promotional videos.
- Create engaging product demo and product feature videos that clearly communicate functionality and business value.
- Develop motion graphics, animated explainers, infographics, titles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Transform scripts, briefs, presentations, product screens, and raw footage into compelling video stories.
- Animate software interfaces, dashboards, applications, and product workflows for product demonstrations.
- Create videos for websites, product launches, campaigns, presentations, social media, events, and sales/marketing initiatives.
- Work with marketing, product, and creative teams to understand requirements and translate complex ideas into simple visual narratives.
- Select and integrate appropriate music, voiceovers, sound effects, stock footage, graphics, and other visual assets.
- Perform video editing, color correction/grading, audio cleanup, sound design, and final post-production.
- Adapt videos into different durations, formats,



and aspect ratios for multiple digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and established visual styles.
- Explore new creative techniques, motion-design trends, and AI-powered video production tools to improve quality and production efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, composition, typography, transitions, timing, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create professional 2D motion graphics and animated visual elements.
- Experience creating product demos, explainers, feature videos, marketing videos, or technology-focused content.
- Good understanding of audio editing, sound effects, background music, and synchronization.
- Ability to understand a script or creative brief and independently visualize how it should translate into video.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working with technology, SaaS, enterprise software, IT, or B2B brands would be an added advantage.





AI & Emerging Video Skills Preferred Experience with modern AI-assisted creative workflows will be a strong advantage.

Knowledge of tools/platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Google Veo, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI tools for image/video generation, ideation, storyboarding, asset creation, or post-production is desirable.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how to combine traditional motion design and video editing with AI-generated assets while maintaining professional production quality and brand consistency.

Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Your portfolio should ideally demonstrate work across several areas such as:

- Motion graphics and animation

- UI/product animation
- Corporate or B2B videos
- Social media/video advertising
- AI-assisted video production

We are more interested in the quality of your work, storytelling ability, and creative thinking than the number of projects in your portfolio.
