About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics, Reels & Video Editor who can turn ideas, scripts, raw footage, and AI-generated assets into engaging, high-quality visual content.

This role will be responsible for creating Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, motion graphics, product videos, advertisements, event content, and social-media creatives for iQ.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-media videos.
- Create professional 2D motion graphics, animated typography, transitions and visual effects.
- Produce product explainers, feature-launch videos and promotional ads.
- Convert raw footage into fast-paced, engaging short-form content.
- Create strong hooks within the first few seconds of a Reel.
- Add captions, sound effects, music, graphics, overlays and animations.
- Edit interviews, podcasts, testimonials, seminars and event footage.
- Create videos suitable for Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Graphic Designer and content team.
- Maintain consistent iQ brand identity across all video content.




- Manage multiple videos simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Keep up with current editing styles, Reel trends and emerging AI video tools.

Required Skills

Robust hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred. Candidates should have a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, motion design, transitions, colour correction, sound design and social-media video formats.

Experience with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender or AI video-generation tools is an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can do more than simply cut footage. You should be able to take a basic idea such as “Create a 30-second iQ launch Reel” and independently turn it into a polished, attention-grabbing piece of content.

Creativity, speed, attention to detail and the ability to understand the brand are important for this position.
